The large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with awnings, shower with hot water, table, chairs deck chairs and sun loungers, offers an exclusive beautiful place to relax and soak up the sun.
It has also double garage, air conditioned, free internet Wi-Fi fast, flat screen TV with DVD.
Great for also short stays, weekends, summer holidays or for a relaxing holiday, without the need to use the car since the strategic position of our flat on the sea allows you to easily walk shop, cash machine, post offices, the majestic old town, the marina, refined restaurants, pizzerias and wine bars.
