Check in and check out at the apartment and overtime, are extra charged ( from 11.30 PM to 7.30 AM price: 50,00 Euro – other times price: 30,00 Euro)
Damage deposit: 250 Euro to pay by credit card. Refund at departure after checking the apartment.
For more than 15 nights, utilities are extra:
-electricity 0, 35 €/kW;
- Gas 1, 00 €/m3 
-Request a quotation of the deposit for more than 15 nights.
