This beautiful 2BR/2BA apartment is located in a hotel style building in the heart of Miami Beach, framed by the beautiful beach on one side and spectacular sunsets over Biscayne Bay on the other. The building has direct beach access, two private tennis courts, swimming pool, mini-market, gym, full service front desk, 24/7 security, valet parking and so on.

The building is just minutes away from fancy Bal Harbour Shops, touristy Bayside Marketplace in Downtown, famous South Beach Art Deco district, trendy Midtown Design district. Also within 10-15 min drive there are several Golf Courses, shopping malls (Aventura and Midtown malls), theatres, movie theatres. At the front desk you can get the information about the tours around Miami.

To get around you can take a bus ride (the bus stop is right in front of the building), take a cab, walk or even use Deco Bike which is also right in front of the building. If you have your own car, there is a valet parking in the building for a small additional charge and also there is a public parking lot just couple blocks away.

The unit is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a Queen size bed in one room and two double beds in the another. It has a kitchenette that includes: a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, table and chairs. All the utensils, plates, pots, glasses are provided. The pictures represent several units with the similar interior and furniture. All units have water view – either Ocean or Bay view. Bay view is actually better cause you have an amazing view after the sunset – water and skyline.
