Comfortable studio set in the heart of Marseille, walking distance from Timone University, 2 minutes walk from the subway that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city, few minutes walk from the Port, near shops and restaurants.
25m2 apartment set on the 4th floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With 2 double sofa beds, TV, desk and chair, window with view on Notre Dame de la Garde;
KITCHEN
Opened on the living room with electric stove, microwave, kettle, table and chairs cupboards and utensils;
BATHROOM
With shower, washbasin, hair dryer, towels;
Independent heating, TV, microwave, cd player, internet WiFi, hair dryer, no elevator.
PLEASE NOTE : The bed sheets and towels are optional. It's 7 euros per person per set.
PAYMENTS : The reamining balance is to be paid at least one week prior arrival by wire transfer or the day of the check-in in cash.
