Our typical turkish independent historic house is located just minutes away from the heart of the city; Taksim Square. Its ideal location allows easy movement without having to take the subway or other means of transport.Combining itself the history and the modern, the centrality and the periphery, our villa is just like the city of Istanbul itself. A historic house nearly 100 years has been renovated in a modern and friendly environment that you notice immediately upon entering ... Just a couple of minutes away from the famous Taksim Square, but in a traditional district ... Just like the continents city bridge , our villa combines the different senses of Istanbul and that is exactly what I like both the villa and the city! You'll have two double beds and two single beds in the bedrooms (which can be joined as a double bed), and two independent sofas in the living room. A spare single bed earth will be ready for you. Thus, six people can sleep in separate bedrooms and three in the living room. But if you are traveling with a large group, please consider that the villa has only one bathroom. And if you travel with your group, you may consider to have the villa along with the Pink House or historic house, both of which are the lists to my house dashboard.The has all kinds of necessary facilities, including air conditioning in every room, refrigerator, water heater, French press, kettle, toaster, LCD TV, media player and also the audio system. And it's a very safe house with iron fences surrounding the gate and windows.Side alongside the newly built hotels, the villa is located on a busy street called Turan, full of markets, food, laundry, pharmacy and butcher, all the small stores, but sell everything you need so you do not need to travel to some other districts for your daily needs.As a traditional neighborhood, be ready to find a degree of noise in the street, as residents use the road as their home. You may like this, because it is quite an experience to be found in no museums, mosques or any other tourist attractions. But if you do not like the noise, you can always close the windows, open the air conditioner and listen to your favorite music with 5 + 1 sound system and feel like you are at home enjoying your wine or a coffee at the front fabulous fireplace.If you need a separate, large, typical turkish house near the main attractions of the city, our villa would be ideal for hope you will like our beloved city and have great time!

Located only a couple of minutes away from the famous Taksim square, but in a traditional neighborhood... You will have two double beds & two single beds in the bedrooms (that can be merged as a double bed), and two independent sofas in the living room. One spare single ground bed will also be ready for you. So, six people can sleep in independent bedrooms and three in the living room. But if you are traveling with a big group, please consider that the villa has only one bathroom.
