Nice apartment situated on the second floor of a typical Florentine house, located in the area between Piazza San Marco and Piazza Indipendenza, near the Galleria dell’Accademia (where the original Michelangelo’s David is), the Conservatorio Luigi Cherubini and Opificio delle Pietre Dure. The market of S. Lorenzo is just steps away, with shops for all needs and excellent restaurants frequented by the Florentines at lunch during work breaks.
The apartment is furnished with great care and in a functional way, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Despite being centrally located, the apartment offers a quiet location and thus allows a quiet and relaxing stay. The apartment is furnished in the typical Tuscan style with wooden ceilings and terracotta floors, but feature modern furnishings and finishes.
The apartment consists of a dining room and living room with satellite TV, two double bedrooms, one separate and well equipped kitchen (four ring hobs, oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine), two bathrooms with shower and a handy utility room / cloakroom. The apartment has WiFi connection and air conditioning.

Liked - Location location location. The property itself was clean, well-managed and functional. Perfect for family of 4 or 5 max. Outstanding customer service by Francesco!
