In fact, included in the price you will have a broad tasting of local products at a small shop in the center of San Gimignano, a visit to a famous wine estate , and more ....

L ' apartment is on 2 levels: from the ' private entrance leads to the 1st level which is composed of an entrance hall, utility room, large bathroom with toilet, shower and bath , separate window .
Leads to the 2nd level floors via stairs , finding the built-in kitchen complete with all crockery , fridge freezer and large two-door American style, small oven, table 6 chairs, TV with satellite and DVD , hallway .
The first bedroom has a wider comfortable bed with wrought iron style canopy with white curtains on both sides with two bedside tables with glass wrought iron frame , you can see the ceiling beams that recall the taste of homemade Tuscan the floor is made entirely of wood floors, walk-in closet is accessed by a wooden sliding door mirror.
The walls of the room are of a pale color begie that goes very well with the green of the water on ' inside the closet .
The room can accommodate a single bed in case guests are in five .
The second bedroom a little smaller but very comfortable home to a comfortable double bed with wrought iron frame of a light yellow color aged.
In the second room there is also a small desk with bookcase.
The walk-in closet in the second bedroom is separated from the sleeping area by a green curtain with a pretty fantasia.Il ceiling of the room is divided by a rustic brick arch and the walls are a light turquoise brushed reminiscent of the sky of our land.
The doors of the ' whole apartment are sturdy and solid wood handles enriched with precious hand-painted ceramic .
All the ' whole apartment is decorated with prestigious finishings well appreciated by those who love the taste , such as the beautiful rosettes in fine ceramic mosaics that enrich the lovely bathroom and the hallway above the sleeping area.
The ' private input of 15 square meters is located on the back and is equipped with table, chairs, gazebo and surrounded by a hedge and jasmine to ensure your privacy.
The courtyard is decorated with a beautiful stone sink pink .
There is also an outside storage are places where different buckets for sorting waste according to their material.
The entrance opens onto a large, free parking , in a very quiet area ideal for those who want to relax .
Also my apartment is in a very favorable position for those wishing to travel by public transport, why not far away is the train station.
L ' apartment is equipped with all comforts such as a hairdryer , vacuum cleaner, iron, mini-oven , fridge and freezer, dishes , coffee maker and breakfast , mocha , olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt , sugar, coffee , pepper, napkins, dishwashing liquid and sponge, various detergents .
The towels and sheets will be provided with a small contribution of € 30 which also includes the final cleaning of the ' whole apartment.
L ' apartment is completely renovated recently , very comfortable for those who need a vacation to relax.
