Cozy apartment in a royal estate of the emblematic Avenida Diagonal, two blocks from the Sagrada Familia and Passeig de San Juan neighborhood of Eixample and perfectly connected with the rest of the city.
The apartment has been completely refurbished in October 2013 .
Located on the second floor of 60 m2 is ideal for a weekend or short term accommodation . This fully equipped for a comfortable stay :
Dining - room with TV and USB TV , internet access, air conditioning and heating . It has a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people .
-Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven , microwave, Nespresso coffee maker , refrigerator , washing machine and everything you could need ; Minipimer , grater, chopping board, kettle, etc. .
Main - room with double bed 150 cms. , Wardrobe with sliding and also equipped with air conditioning and heating doors.
- Large bathroom with furniture to keep personal belongings ; has hairdryer and shampoo dispenser and bath gel .
School - room with double bed 150 cm , wardrobe. It also has iron, ironing board and clothes airer .
All towels and linen are included in the price.
If you need crib can facilitate free.
Option to contract cleaning service during the stay.
Option for Barcelona guided bike tours to complement your stay .
