Climatic studio located in one of the most beautiful parts of Warsaw - Powi?le, on the corner of Lipowa and Browarna Street. Neighbourhood combines the atmosphere of pre-war Capital with contemporary architecture and excellent infrastructure characteristic of the city center (metro, bus, climatic pubs and restaurants, galleries and recreational area).

The apartment is on the ground floor, a newly renovated, consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

In the apartment there are 2 single beds with the possibility to join.

 

Right next door is the Kameralny Kompleks Gastronomiczny SAM, where you can eat very good breakfast, starting at 8:00 pm.

 

Equipment:

• Kitchen: refrigerator, cooking hob, kettle, washing machine, microwave

• Living room: two beds 90x200, wardrobe, TV, table and three chairs

• Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet

• And: cable TV, Internet

The service includes bedding, towels.

 
- key pickup takes place at  4 Corazziego street ( office space no. 8 on the ground floor).
- check in is always after 16:00, and check out before 11:00
- we accept check-ins until 22:00, if arrival is after 22:00, previous contact is required
- check-in after 22:00 comes with additional fee of 30€ or 120PLN
Smoking and parties are forbidden.
Quiet hours from 10 pm until 6 am.
Security deposit paid upon the arrival.
