Welcome to our apartment in the heart of Saint Petersburg!

It is located on the main street of the city - Nevsky prospect with lots of restaurants, cafe, bouticks, shops and places of interest around. 5 minutes walk from the subway Pl.Vosstaniya and Moscovskij Vokzal railway station and Galereja and Stockmann popular shopping centers.

It has bus and troley bus stop near the neighbour building and is ideally located to almost everywhere:
- The Hermitage: 15 minutes (by metro, trolley or bus)
- St Isaac's Cathedral: 15 minutes (by metro, trolley or bus)
- Kazanskij Cathedral and Church of the Savior on Blood: 10 minutes (by metro, trolley or bus)
- And many more!

Our cosy and quiet apartment has modern repair and everything necessary for life. The entrance and windows are in the courtyard, Nevsky inaudible. the window is really big and gives nice light to the room during the day. Also it is really warm due to the central heating.

Presentation of the apartment:

Living-room: Queen-size comfortable bed (140*200) and two convertable sofas (90*190), big TV (48 channels), free Internet wi-fi access, dressing, ironing board, iron, fan, heather, large window with mosquito screen and high ceiling.

Clean ironed linens and towels are provided!

Kitchen: convertable sofa (140*200), washer, fridge with freezer, stove, dining table, microwave oven, electric kettle, kitchenware and basic condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, oil).

Bathroom: shower, water closet, washing machine with dryer.

Toilet paper provided! ;)

Check-in and check-out times are flexible, unless there are guests arriving/departing the same day, in which case check-in will be from noon, and check-out will be at 11am.

The price includes everything (electricity, water, free wifi Internet, TV, and cleaning upon check out) and there are no extra charges.

We also have:
