IMPORTANT : For arrivals after 8pm an extra charge of 30 euros will be asked
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years
Please beware: Owner asks for a 200 euro refundable security deposit in cash or with credit card slip.

Cozy apartment on the second floor (no elevator) of a historical building located in one of the most characteristic squares of Rome. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with WI-FI, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, satellite TV, hair dryer, microwave, toaster, stove, fridge and freezer, Italian coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board.

The central location allows, with a pleasant walk, to reach the main tourist sites like Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Palazzo Farnese, Isola Tiberina, Trastevere, Ghetto area and many other points of interest.
The proximity to bus stops allows you to move easily around the city

IMPORTANT:Every prices are for two peoples, every extra bed is € 15 euro more.

Check-in and out are possible from : from 15:00 p.m. to 21:00 p.m. NO COST.

Baby cot available for  € 20 extra

Tourist tax is 3,50 € for each person per night for a maximum 10 days.The children under 10 years old are not paying.

At the check-in, our guest have to be aware of this points:
- The open balance have to be paid in cash at the check-in
- A copy of the I.D. card is required (of all guests)
- The security deposit is not needed if the credit card details of the guests are provided.

Late check-in fee: from 21:01 (9:01 pm) to 00:00 - € 25.00
from 00:01 to 7:00 a.m. - € 50.00
