APARTMENTS
This is a big elite apartment (3+ kk, 95 m2) which located in the center of Prague (Mala Strana) , next to one of the most beautiful places in Prague, a few meters from the island of Kampa (ostrov Kampa).
It consists of living room with fully-equipped kitchen ,two bedrooms , bathroom and toilet. In the apartment you will find a double bed, fold-out double sofa bed and one extra bed. The equipment includes a TV and free internet connection (Wi-Fi).This apartment is comfortable for the accommodation of 2 to 7 people. The price for accommodation includes all taxes and fees established by law, municipal tax and power expenses.
LOCATION
This apartment is very close to: Petrin Hill (Petrin), Ligia Bridge (Most Ligii), a pub U Schweik (pivnice U Svejku), 5 min walk to Charles Bridge (Karlův Most)! There is many restaurants , a grocery store and ATM. While living in this apartment you can get anywhere in Prague center by walk . At the same time, the apartment is located near to public transport. The tram stop is just in 2 minutes walk and you will get to any place of center in 5-7 min.
ARRIVAL
The apartment is about 30 minutes drive from the Prague airport. Transfer from airport is possible at the price of 25 EUR for 4 people
PARKING
Parking is not included but you can park from 6 pm until 8 am in the resident’s parking (blue line) for free. Should you need more flexibility, the nearest garage is close to lovely Petrin Hill and a few blocks from the popular shopping center of Novy Smichov, the 24-hour Drtinova Parking Garage offers parking spaces for CZK 40 per hour, and CZK 300 per day for cars, CZK 350 per day for vans, and CZK 180 per day for motorcycles. The cost for a monthly parking spot is CZK 5400. All of the prices include 20% VAT. The parking garage also features a full service station and hand car washes and detailing.

- This is a non smoking apartment, please do not smoke inside
- No pet allowed
- Please respect neighborhood : don't forget to say "Ahoj" (hello), " Na shledanou" (good bye) and please do not make to much noise during the night.

As a gift, you receive, sim the card activated, which already 200 czk, for your convenience.
