Just 5 minutes drive from the historic center of the baroque town of Noto, placed in a large lemon’s garden, the holiday home " Zupparda " is the ideal home for 4 or 6 people who want to spend their vacation in a quiet and peaceful place without sacrificing the ability to easily reach the sandy beaches of Lido di Noto and the nearby reserve of Vendicari.
The house consists of a veranda overlooking the town of Noto, a large living room with TV, a small kitchen , two bedrooms ( one with double bed - on request where you can place a cot or sofa bed - and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. Available garage.
The house also , thanks to an agreement with “The Dolphin Swimming Pool” offers to all its visitors the opportunity to enjoy free swimming pool and solarium and a kids' club for children in the summer months, and an indoor pool with gym and turkish bath in the winter months .
