Enjoy one of our best apartments in Miami Beach, in one of the best locations in the whole city, we provide a great experience to our guest so they can relax and enjoy the warm of Miami!

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: A clean and neat studio apartment with living-dining area and two double-beds that sleeps up to 4 persons, TV plus Cable, high-speed wireless Internet - all your needs to get the maximum out of a relaxing holiday at Miami beach.

THE UNIT FEATURES: Fully equipped kitchen including a fridge. Coffee maker, microwave as well as plates and cutlery for 4 people. Full bathroom with both shower and bath (and hairdryer).. Air-conditioning. Access to comunal washing machine and clothes dryer (at extra cost), PLUS 1 Iron and table iron .

OTHER AMENITIES ON LOCATION INCLUDE: an Olympic-sized heated pool with both pool and beach service, restaurant & bar with reasonable prices (especially at breakfast time!) & that provides all three room, pool and beach service, gym, lifts, washing machine and clothes dryer (at extra cost), & convenience store. Since the building is BEACHFRONT, you will have private and direct access to Miami beach where you will be able to relax to the gorgeous views of the Atlantic ocean

IMPORTANT: There's a fee of $150 for the pool, the valet parking and the service of towels for the pool.

NOTE:Check-in time is 3pm onwards. We use a lock box system where we give you a code to open the box with the keys inside it, so after 3 pm you can arrive as you please. Same as for check-out. One must check-out by 11 am, but if need to leave earlier, can just drop keys in the drop box using the code given, no problems.
