This lovely Los Angeles vacation studio apartment is located in the heart of Downtown LA within walking distance to the Red Metro Line, LA Live, LA Convention Center, and Staples Center. The apartment community has been upgraded from a former hotel status to long-term resident living- and the renovations have made this apartment rental ideal for vacationers or corporate travelers seeking the comforts of home while traveling. 

Rental Description

This particular vacation rental unit sleeps up to 3 persons comfortably but is ideally for up to two guest. It is located on the 6th floor with a view facing North, towards the Hollywood Sign.The short-term rental is accessible directly from the main lobby elevator The view is absolutely "LA." The apartment is furnished with two full sized beds which are fitted with our very own brand of linen which ranges between 1500 and 1800 thread count sheets. Although the unit size ranges between 400 and 600 square feet of space there is a open style kitchenette located in the area which allows for home cooking to take place. Traveler's will also have their own microwave and dish ware to carry them through their trip. The mini refrigerator can also help you keep food items fresh during your stay. The bathroom of the rental is a good size located in a separate small hallway off the living space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub combo and a mirrored sink. 

If you are in need of laundry facilities during your stay every floor in the building offers coined laundry. 

Guest do have access to the pool, pool room, vending machine area, business center, and sun deck. 
Parking at this location is $10.00 per night, per car. Parking is free-for all and not assigned parking in the garage area. Spaces are first come, first serve but there is always plenty of parking with your purchased pass.
