LYDIA apartment , 42 m2 , located on the second floor of a neat and well -maintained three-storey building with a total of 8 flats. It consists of an entrance hall that leads to other rooms : storage room with washing machine , bathroom with shower and toilet , a spacious bedroom with a double bed and sitting area, and a living room with a space for cooking , dining area and a sofa bed for 1-2 persons . Kitchen area is equipped with electric cooker / gas , electric oven , refrigerator and dishwasher , a flat heated by gas central heating . The living room has a balcony with siting furniture, a comfortable space to enjoy your morning coffee . The apartment has an orientation of north - south , the ceilings are over 3 meters high , and it was always a pleasant temperature - winter is rapidly heated, and in summer do not need air conditioning . But, if you need you have air-conditioner :-)

Everything in the apartment is there for you and you can use it as much as you need, without any limitations. 
In the kitchen we provide you all basics - salt, sugar, pepper, tea, coffee, olive oil, sunflower oil, vinegar, detergent for washing dishes by hand and dishwasher, paper towels and napkins ... 
In the bathroom we provide you liquid hand soap, shampoo for hair and body, toilet paper, towels...

My wife Lydia and I live nearby, in the next street , and we are always available for help and advice . 
We meet and greet, provide maps of the city, brochures, together with all information you need and everything you want to know about Zagreb. We will also provide you coffee and tea, and little bit of fresh fruit or orange juice, so you can start your day in Zagreb in the right way. 
In addition to the short-term , apartment can be rented for a longer period and , of course, with an agreement on price and other terms .

The biggest green market in Zagreb - "Tresnjevka plac" is 5 min far by walk. There you can buy fruits, vegetables and domestic food, or drink coffie, have breakfast or lunch, or just walk arround... 
Only 2,5 km far is the Jarun lake - in the summer you can go to the beach... 
There are 2 groceries stores and 3 bakeries (one of them works 24 hours a day) just 50 - 100 m from the apartment. In the next street (Nehajska str.) you have Tea House Stil-bakery where you can have a yummy breakfast for only 2 or 3 Euros. 
The apartment is very near (100 m) beautiful park so you can also enjoy your time there, especially if you are with the kids since there is a playground. 
This location is good starting point if you want to go to one-day trip to Plitvice Lakes, Hrvatsko Zagorje (pitoresque Northwest part of Croatia, near Zagreb), Ljubljana and Lake Bled in Slovenia and many more...
