Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, perfectly located, architect-designed, beautifully cared-for apartment at a reasonable price.  I loved it here and would be honored to stay again. The perfect residence in Rome.  The transaction could not have been simpler. Altogether a great experience. Thank you so much

Excellent location, apartment was true to online pictures/description. There was an issue with the bedroom shutters not opening, but the owner very kindly compensated for that.  I would stay here again and recommend it to others who are looking for a central apartment that has everything you would need for a stay in Rome.  Many thanks to Iryna for facilitating the process for me.

Ótimo apartamento para duas ou três pessoas localizado no 2º andar de fente para a praça Campo Dei Fiori. O quarto com cama de casal fica nos fundos e é silencioso. Os utencílios e eletrodomésticos são bons e a limpesa do imóvel é satisfatória. A sala fica na frente e tem duas janelas com linda vista para a praça, a qual tem diariamente uma feira que se instala de madrugada e se retira às 16:30 h. No final da tarde a praça passa a ser ocupada por muitos turistas e artistas de rua e o movimento se extende até de madrugada. Os restaurantes da praça são bons. Tem panificadora e supermerado próximos. Fica perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Roma podendo em menos de 30 minutos a pé irmos até o Vaticano, praça Espanha ou Fontana di Trevi. Tivemos uma ótima estada de 15 dias no local e gostamos.

Pros:
The apartment was very well located and just as described. It's beautifully designed and perfect for two people. Though right on the Campo Dei Fiori, it is quiet due to the double glazed windows. We were able to walk to all the major sites and there are many great restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. The owner and management team were great to deal with.

Cons:
When we arrived, scaffolding was in front of the entire building. We had no view of the Campo and could not properly open our shutters. They, and the early arriving workers remained for the duration of our visit. The owner thoughtfully credited back some rental funds to compensate for this.  It was a shame as the location/view are marvelous. The kitchen could use a new coffee maker. There is a one cupper but the two cup version was very rusty and we did not use it. As in a lot of old buildings you must be sensitive to the electrics. For example the washing machine will not work if lights are on. There should be some literature on this for incoming guests.

Lastly, it was great to get some neighborhood hints from the owner. Suggest something like this should be in writing and left for future guests.

We'd definitely rent there again if visiting Roma.
