APARTMENT
This pretty newly reconstructed apartment (2+1, 65 m2) is located right in the city center in few meters from Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti).
It consists of living room, bed room, separate fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. There are 2x double bed and 2x folding sofa for two in the apartment. It equipped with internet connection (Wi-Fi) and cable TV.
The apartment provides a great comfort for 2 to 6 people but the capacity is up to 8 people.
Prices for accommodation in this apartment include all statutory taxes and fees, municipal fees and energy costs.
LOCATION
The place is very close (up to 5 min by walk) to Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti), Main Train Station, Charles Bridge (Karlov Most), Old Town Square (Staromestske Namesti), Orloj, the Old Jewish Quarter (Josefov) and the pub-microbrewery U Fleku (most famous in Prague). It is unnecessary to use public transit or metro. You can get everywhere by walk. There is, Starbucks, grocery store and ATMs in less than 100 meters radius from apartment. The apartment is conveniently located in the crossroad of public transportation - 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station (Mustek), with a net of trams in the vicinity.
ARRIVAL
The apartment is about 30 minutes drive from the Prague airport. Transfer from airport is possible at the price of 25 EUR for 4 people
The apartment is very close from Main Train Station, max. 10 min by walk
PARKING
Parking is not included but you can park from 6 pm until 8 am in the resident’s parking (blue line) for free. Should you need more flexibility, the nearest garage is located a one block from Charles Square (Karlovo Namesti), Vaclavske Garage is a safe and convenient parking garage in Prague's New Town, featuring parking spaces for 50 CZK per hour and 500 CZK per day. If you wish to get a monthly parking space it is 7400 CZK per month (negotiable).
