The detached villa is located on a 3000sqm conpletely fenced estate. Easy access with car through a main gate which can be opened remote. In the courtyard is further space for up to 8 cars.

The property consists of the main house, neighbouring building with studio, courtyard with BBQ, a large pool area and three garden areas. The pool is equiped with a slide for children, trampolin, children toys, babypool, solar shower, parasols and plenty of sun loungers.

There are 9 individuell decorated allergy free large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 living rooms available. Nearly all non smoking rooms have a safe, air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans and large double beds. The rooms are spacious and can be darkened. The lovingly decorated bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, Mallorcan shutters and allergy free bedding in queen or king size format. For the kids there is a free BabyBay, playpen and a cot free of charge. Changing of the linen is 1 x per week.

The two living rooms have satellite TV, Spanish TV, and spacious seating areas. The rustic Mallorcan kitchen with fireplace, all modern household appliances and ample crockery provides everything for a pleasant holiday. The kitchen is a dream for any hobby chef because it is not only full of charme but also well equiped. There are three refrigerators and a large pantry, which is useful and very important for self-catering groups of up to 20 people. The kitchen also offers a a 4-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, cooker, several coffee machines, espresso machine, blender, grill toaster, kettle, juicer, Icecrasher, popcorn machine, contact grill, hand mixer, cooler boxes and an open fireplace with a dining area. Between the kitchen and living room is a separate dining room for up to 20 persons. The large pantry is next door.

The daily rent is between 210 Euros and 560 Euros 490, depending on the number of guests and season. The property will be rented all year round and also on weekends, for example, for family gatherings, company events or clubs.
