This attic is located on the fourth floor of a nice historical building, just a few steps from the Metro Quevedo and Metro Canal, which takes you to the airport in 25 minutes. It’s a very luminous and cosy apartment, very good location to spend a few days in Madrid. It's located in a very central, nice and lively neighborhood, and just few minutes walking to another central areas of Madrid such as Malasaña and Chueca, and within walking distance of the old town of Madrid, and in any case a few minutes distance if you chose the public transportation (subway or bus), from which you can enjoy a complete tour of the city and visit the main museums of Madrid (El Prado, Thyssen, Reina Sofia, ecc.).
The apartment is also very near of the business center of La Castellana and also of the luxurious Salamanca neighborhood.
The area is a lively district with tapas bars and a lot of restaurants, cinemas, shopping and night spots.

The Apartment sleeping up to 4 people is furnished in a simple and functional way. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, living room with a sofa-bed for 2 people, and kitchen very well equipped . It has also air conditioning.
