Rental Interior:   

This rental is a  2 story Guest House with a 1 Bedroom on the second floor, living room and kitchen dining area on the first floor that is decorated to suit everyone from business travelers to vacationers. The property is surrounded with trees that keeps the house nice and cool all throughout the day. It comes with free high speed internet (Wi-Fi) and a full kitchen.  The living area has a lovely fold out sofa (full size) which sleeps one person and flat screen TV equipped with basic cable. Our kitchen is supplied with everything you need to prepare your meals. We provide the very basic essentials which include cookware, dishes and utensils, and commonly used kitchen appliances like microwave and electric kettle. We never skimp on beddings in our vacation rentals. We provide high quality, medium-firm mattresses for all of our guests. Everyone loves sleeping on our beds and we get a lot of compliments on our mattress selection. The bathrooms in this rental is very cozy equipped with a shower and bath tub. There are 2 TV’S one in the master bedroom and one in the living room.


Rental Exterior: 

The property is located behind the main house that it is surrounded with a blossoming garden that has a serene and quiet atmosphere to enjoy your morning coffee by just stepping outside of the living room and kitchen. There is also a patio area where you can lounge outdoor anytime of the day. The location is great for morning walks around the neighborhood as there are minimal amount of cars driving around the area.
