Please note for the month of August only minimum 7 nights rentals

1.5 minute walk from Piramide Cestia and from ancient Roman walls and ancient Roman S.Paul Gate of the Roman walls, well connected to all major areas in Rome by underground, tramway and buses and airport railway;
50sq.mts newly re-structured apartment set on the first floor without elevator (about 10 steps) in an area surrounded by ancient Roman monuments and consists of:
LIVING ROOM
with full sofa bed, table and chairs, bookshelves, tv, stereo, playstation, loft area with double bed and wardrobe, kitchen corner and glass door that is the entrance to the apartment;
BEDROOM
with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bookshelves, loft area with double bed and window on Via Giulietti;
KITCHEN CORNER
with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and window;
BATHROOM
with Jacuzzi shower, bidet and window.

Independent heating, air conditioning, tv, stereo, playstation, iron, hairdryer, no phone, no elevator, Iron and Ironing
Board, Hair Dryer, Dishes cutlery and cookware, Microwave oven, Digital television and radio, Extra pillows and blankets. Monthly possible.
Booking of  4 days minimum for Easter. Reservation of 5 days minimum and  5 persons maximum for christmas and new year.

Minimum stay of 7 night from August 1st to September 18th.
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years to be paid in cash upon check in.

IMPORTANT For chirstmas holidays and new year's will be accepted groups of maximim 5 guests (only: adults over 40 years or families)

In the apartment you can get and enjoy a very fast WiFi

Zware kortingen voor 2016.
Het is een mooi appartement gewoon prachtig gerenoveerd.
Het is erg rustig omdat het niet wordt blootgesteld aan verkeerslawaai, zelfs als de ene kant uitzicht op het.
Het bestaat uit twee kamers met twee lofts, een elegante badkamer met massagedouche, een volledig ingerichte kitchenette.
Het is voorzien van verwarming en airconditioning.
Volledig ingericht. Er is ook de magnetron, de tv, het strijkijzer, strijkplank, digitale radio en een haardroger.
Een zeer snelle en professionele WiFi is in het appartement geïnstalleerd.
Het is gelegen in het centrum van Rome, de Piramide van Cestius, vanwaar u naar het Colosseum te voet in 10 minuten en ga dan terug comfortabel op de metro.
Het is in feite gelegen tegenover het metrostation en de metro naar de kustplaats Ostia, bus en nachtbus, en naast de trein stoppen en de trein naar de luchthaven Fiumicino.
In Toevoegingen aan de prijs van het appartement bij aankomst moet je de toeristenbelasting van Rome, die bestaat uit twee euro per dag per persoon te betalen.
Het wordt ook omringd door Romeinse monumenten,: zoals de muren van de oude stad Rome, de Piramide van Cestius, de Romeinse Porta S. Paul.
Ook in de nabije Ostiense wijk hield de Romeinse nachtleven.
Net onder het appartement is er een grote rotisserie erg handig voor degenen die niet willen koken.
Het appartement is zeer mooi, comfortabel, goed verbonden met alle, gelegen in een mooie plek en warm in de winter en koel in de zomer.
In Toevoegingen aan de prijs van het appartement bij aankomst moet je belasting betalen aan de stad Rome, die bestaat uit twee euro per persoon per dag.
