Great apartment to stay in centre.
there are some small food shops nearby (cheese, meat, wine, vegs&fruits etc.), which we liked very much. And there are good trattorias&cafes for dining aroud the house.

Excellent place. The laundry availability was very useful. The location was quiet, yet close enough to get just about anywhere. I would say this is a 2 bedroom/1 living room sleeping space instead of 3 bedroom. Plenty of space, but surprised me. The wifi is helpful for Americans who don't have a European SIM card in their phones, but the apartment should really have a repeater as you can only get the wifi near the hall.

There is an amazing gelato place nearby. The grocer was close and we cooked a few times at the flat. I would recommend this as an excellent place to stay in Rome.

Appartement à Rome conforme a la description. Quartier calme (quartier des ambassades et ministeres). Meriterait un peu de depoussierage /nettoyage dans les placards , mais l'ensemble reste tres propre et confortable. L'eau chaude pour la douche est parfois capricieuse. Le Wifi n'est disponible qu'a proximite de la porte d'entree : un petit appareil pour etendre celui-ci serait appreciable. Barbara (notre hote) s'est occupée de nous reserver un taxi pour l'aller et le retour depuis l'aeroport : 50 € pour 5 personnes (prix tres competitif par rapport a la navette en train) : je conseille fortement cette solution. Depuis l'appartement, il est possible de visiter a pied les principales attractions tourisitiques pour qui aime marcher. Dans le quartier : nombreux restaurants et glaciers. Par contre, pas de superette a proximite ( en tout cas, on n'a pas trouve). En conclusion : appartement a recommander. Si nous retournons a Rome, nous retournerons volontiers dans ce dernier.

This apartment is in a great, quiet location in Rome with lots of restaurants, coffee bars, and gelato shops. It is a very safe area near the embassies and financial institutions -- a quick walk to via Venato and to Termini and right on a convenient bus route. The apartment was very clean and modern -- equipped for cooking (which we did), laundry, and with WiFi. As a family of 5, we were very comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us. The hostess of the property (Barbara) made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating -- and met us when we arrived. We were delayed by the airlines and were worried about how to get in, we emailed but not sure she would get it -- it all worked out just fine. :). We would happily stay here again.

Very nice apartment, nice furniture, well equiped kitchen and located at a very nice neighbourhood in Rome (at about 10 min walk from Reppublica metro station). We stayed in 4, with enough room for everyone to stay comfortably.
There are some good supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and main sightseeings could be reached by foot (if you like to walk).
The appartment administration, Mrs Barbara is very kind and made everything possible for us to have a nice stay in Rome!
I highly recommend!

Très bon séjour à Rome avec notre bébé.
L'emplacement permet de ne pas prendre le transport en commun et on peut vraiment aller partout si on aime la marche !
Appartement tel que décrit dans l'annonce.

Appartamento pulito ed accogliente, proprietario gentile ed
estremamente disponibile in zona tranquilla e per niente caotica
rispetto a quanto sembrava da alcune segnalazioni di utenti stranieri. Noi
eravamo una coppia con 3 bambini e l'appartamento si è adattato
perfettamente alle nostre esigenze che erano poi quelle di chi visita
roma per 3/4 giorni: un posto confortevole e pulito dove passare la
notte. Da consigliare anche agli italiani dato che eravamo i primi
italiani (dopo 1 anno e mezzo) a utilizzare l'appartamento

As a family with two kids of 9 and 7 years old we were very happy to stay at Alex N Jen appartment. Great place with very much comfort. They even organised transfer from and to airport.
Just near Villa Borghese and 10m from e.g. Spanish stairs. Nice restaurants around the corner.

Everything was perfect This is a very beautiful and neat apartment near Termini Station. The apartment was beautifully decorated, everything looks pretty (especially the bath towel). We were a family of six with two toddlers, and we had a very pleasant stay here. The owner Barbara was very nice and helpful, she provide us with almost every information needed to make our stay more comfortable. The apartment is located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, but still in a walking distance to almost all the main tourist attraction. It was very easy to go to the Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and Capuchin Crypt by foot. And you can do it all in one day! 
There were also several eateries nearby (via Piave) which serves delicious Italian food (of course). And it was also easy to find a taxi (near Corso D'Italia) to get you to the airport or the main terminal station if you were too lazy to walk there.

We were 4 people who spent 3 days at the end of September in Cadorna Apartment in Rome. The apartment is in the center, close to Termini station with comfortable public transport to the popular tourist destinations. It is also very clean and in a quiet place and was equipped with everything needed. Our landlord was kind enough to leave us a tourist map of Rome and showed us all the markets and restaurants around. This made our vacation in Rome very calm and pleasant.

very satisfied!! We had a very smooth stay in this apartment. owner was very professional and organized. the place was sparkling clean. loved the space, the colors of their furniture and beddings! it would be really more ideal if they could provide bigger fans for the two rooms. all in all, we were very happy to find this place. highly recommended. ideal for families with kids. tip: there's a tabacchi around the corner which sells almost all essentials, including bus tickets. (bus stop is nearby). Owners are very friendly and helpful with directions! they were like our own tour guides.

Gute Lage, da über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut angebunden, viele Ziel per Fuß erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig, da zu Innenhof gelegen, daher aber auch ein wenig dunkel. Ungewöhnlicher zuschnitt mit viel Verkehrsfläche, aber modern und neu sowie praktisch eingerichtet. Vermietrerin ist sehr bemüht und hilfreich. Sptonsattempsehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
