The property is completely secure: A walled compound entered through double gates into a parking area which flows into an outer courtyard which is again separated from the house and garden areas by a lockable entry door.

The main house is two storey, with open plan lounge and dining downstairs, and a separate western kitchen which includes an informal dining area. A comprehensive collection of crockery and glassware is located in the glass doored cupboard in the kitchen, and non-perishable food, napkins, etc are in the smaller cupboard. You can just replace what you used. There is also a Nespresso machine. Cutlery is in the top drawer adjacent to the cooktop.

There is a guest toilet at the rear of the kitchen, just off the back garden and a pool shower in the front garden adjacent to the Chinese day bed. (The staff are using a separate toilet in the outer courtyard). The laundry is situated to the left of back garden.

There are two double en-suite bedrooms and a study which can also accommodate a further two persons if necessary (usually children). The main bed, bathroom, and study – each air conditioned – are upstairs, with separate terraces looking out on to rice fields. There is a safe at the bottom of the right hand wardrobe in the bedroom.

The second bathroom is located in the air conditioned guest pavilion in the garden, and includes a large bathroom with separate bath, shower, and a small terrace. There is a lockable drawer in the bedroom cupboard for valuables.
There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in the main bedroom as well as in the living room (and a vast selection of DVD’s) in the glass fronted bookcase behind the couch. Here you will also find a small library extra glass and ceramic ware and several games (monopoly, scrabble, cards, etc.) There is also a dedicated chess corner.

Desak – the maid, will have stocked up with fruit, yoghurt, white slice bread, Bali coffee, and milk prior to your arrival. She will also prepare a light breakfast (fruit, toast, banana pancakes, and Bali coffee) each morning. She can also prepare excellent Balinese or Indonesian food at your request, with an additional cost. She also will clean the house daily, and do the laundry as required. Massage and body scrubs are available in-house from Desak too, she can also arrange for manicure/pedicure, etc.
