With a lift you reach the fith floor where our apartment is a retreat for a relaxing stay. A television set for cable TV and radio reception and with integrated DVD / CD player contributes to your comfort. The free WIFI – internet access let you stay in contact with your family and the world. Or just relax on the balcony watching boats and people.
The apartment is equipped in an elegant and modern style. On 50 sqm the apartment offers ample space for the convenience of up to 4 guests with a big bed (180 x 200 box-spring type matrasses) in the separate bed room and a sofa-bed (160 x 200) in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking wares and a dishwasher. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine which is convenient for longer stays.

"Kreuzkölln" is the new epicentre of Berlin with its inspiring bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. The old centres like Kudamm and Alexanderplatz but also museums, theatre houses and the airports are easily accessible with the close by metro and bus services.
The BiOriental Market in our street "Maybachufer" offers you fresh fruits and vegetables but also oriental delicacies and small jewelleries on Tuesdays and Fridays. On Sundays find at the same spot a crafts market.
So our apartment could be your gate to discover trendy Berlin.



Public transport:
The next metro station "Schönleinstraße" for line U8 is about 5 minutes' walk. "Herrmannplatz" station with many bus services and metro line U7 and "Kottbusser Tor" with metro line U1 are in walking distance.
