The apartment is located on the ground floor. This property consists of kitchen with dining area, bedroom combined with lounge (fold out sofa bed for two people), bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The apartment includes: washing machine, dishwasher, TV and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Apartment in a beautiful historic building from 1911 in Warsaw, Lublin Union Square. Most of the staircases is newly renovated. The yard is very clean and tidy. When we go out we are in the city center, where you can find cafés and restaurants. This property is located right next to a modern shopping center Union Square Shopping Center. About a few minutes from the apartment you get to the Royal Baths Park, the park Agricola, and the Belvedere, near the Botanic Park, Ujazdowski Park. The area has many embassies and government buildings, which ensures safety.
Place well-communicated (trams, buses) with Old Town, City Centre, Mokotów.

- check in is always after 16:00, and check out before 11:00
- we accept check-ins until 22:00, if arrival is after 22:00, previous contact is required
- check-in after 22:00 comes with additional fee of 30€ or 120PLN
Smoking and parties are forbidden.
Quiet hours from 10 pm until 6 am.
Security deposit paid upon the arrival.
