This place was excellent for us. It was just before Positano, just outside of town, which is ideal for us because we did not want to be in the center of all the major activity. The view, as you can see in the pictures, was outstanding. It was a €30 cab drive into town, and €30 back. Many times we walked down the stairs to get into town, but it was at least 30 minutes of walking. The best thing about the house was that it was extremely comfortable, wonderful air-conditioning, high interior finishes, and solidly built. The house was stripped down though; no extra toilet paper or extra paper towels, very little dish soap, etc. coffee pots were small. Check in was great, as we were met at the entrance by Mr. Quince and helped down with our bags. The villa is adjacent to the Hotel Agavi, a 5 star hotel, and they are more than happy to let you use their lift down, their pool and amazing beach as long as you are buying from them. They were extremely gracious and accommodating. The beds were firm, but the pillows were hard and flat. The house and linens were extremely clean. The water pressure was better in some bathrooms than others, but the hot water was hot and appreciated

The villa was stunning and much bigger than the photos suggest. Tons of space to enjoy the scenery. It was nice to be out of town for great views and privacy but the walk to the bus stop and the closest market was much further than I had anticipated. The villa had everything we needed, except WiFi. We ran into an issue at checkout where there were linens delivered to the villa in the middle of our stay but when leaving we were told those were not meant for us and the villa manager was not happy. Just a bit of miscommunication. Be prepared for the long walk to the closest bus stop or pay the 25 euros for the taxi into the center of town. We had also made a reservation at the hotel restaurant down at the beach for a night - despite this the hotel still did not want to have anything to do with us which is guess is expected. All in all it was a good experience but a few hiccups along the way.

This home has the most gorgeous view anyone could imagine! The pictures do no do it justice. The home was very clean and welcoming. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for a group of friends and or family. Just be prepared for a lot of walking up and down stairs... but I promise the view and multiple patios are worth it!

Pictures don't do it justice. The views and balconies are spectacular and the house is a lot bigger than expected. It has all the amenities you need and is in a great part of Positano. Fantastic property!

Villa I Tre Ulivi was pure magic. Set on a scenic cliff overlooking Positano, it was absolute perfection. I stayed with my family of 7 and there were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us, air conditioned and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom had its own view of the water, and the each of the two bigger bedrooms upstairs had balconies ( one with a gorgeous ceramic bench and outdoor tables and chairs). We spent most of our nights out on the patio, which had the most picturesque view. The bathrooms, kitchen and living room (with a big table that seats 8-10) were perfect. The kitchen was stocked with plates, glasses and all the utensils we needed. The grotto outside on the patio was like a dream and we had dinner in there! Since the villa is set a few miles outside of Positano, we used cab services to ride down to the main square, which was extremely easy. If we had been a smaller group, we would have used public transportation which runs around the clock. Another great feature about the villa is that it shares a funicular with hotel Le agavi, that takes the difficulty out of hiking up and down stairs. I can't say enough about this magical villa. It was wonderful and the hosts were extremely accommodating.

The villa is great! It located on the edge of Positano so you are close to town but away from the crowds. Also it's located close to a hotel so you have all the conviniences that you need ( like getting a cab). The lift is a HUGE bonus. The only thing that could use improvement is the kitchen. It's very usable, just a bit small. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Giulia in Positano and hope to return again someday. It was such a private and quiet respite from the busy touristy town. The view from the large terrace is spectacular and we enjoyed many meals in the "cova". The spacious villa is well-appointed with lovely and comfortable furniture and the number of bathrooms was quite a luxury! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would rate it five stars if the kitchen were slightly upgraded - the countertops and some old pots and utensils could be replaced.
