L'appartamento si trova in un edificio con un ascensore che è completamente rinnovato, ma mantiene il sapore degli anni. Tutte le unità sono dotate di balcone e un ampio cortile interno, e, in quanto è il terzo di cinque piani, ha un sacco di luce ed è molto tranquillo per essere nel centro di una capitale come Madrid. La disposizione a forma di U intorno al cortile fa uso di tutto lo spazio, senza corridoi, così il soggiorno e la camera da letto sono in particolare di grandi dimensioni. The apartment is located in a building with an elevator that is completely renovated but maintains the flavor of the years. All the units have balconies and an ample interior courtyard, and, as it is on the third of five floors, it has a lot of light and is very peaceful for being in the very center of a capital like Madrid. The U-shaped layout around the courtyard makes use of all the space without hallways, so the living room and the master bedroom are notably large.

The master bedroom is completely furnished with a double bed, two individual chairs, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom, with a bathtub, two sinks, and toilet and bidet separated by a sliding door, give complete independence to the room.
