BEAUTIFUL VIEW for two-room Small terraced house. Located on the first and last floor it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom; from the living room it leads to a wide veranda with table and chairs with wonderful sea view and the island of Asinara. Present: tv, air conditioning, washing machine and barbecue.
The house is set in the elegant residential village of Cala Rosa; given its location it is the ideal holiday home for those who want a relaxing vacation without stress but convenient to the sea; in front of the village it is the sea with the first creeks of rocks, followed by 400 meters the lido dell'Ancora, followed by another 400 meters to the beach Seagull, opposite the Hotel Roccaruja, and little more than paradise of Pelosa beach and the Pelosetta beach. Opposite the entrance of the village there is also the stop of the free bus that goes to the village of Stintino as well as to all the beaches, even the most distant, the Stintino area.
