35m2, appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il se compose de:
ENTREE
avec table et 4 chaises;
CHAMBRE A COUCHER
avec lit 2 places, table de nuit, armoire, 2 tabourets, 1 fauteuil-lit 1 place, tv, air conditionné, fenêtre;
CUISINE
avec cuiisnière/four à gaz, four à microondes, bouilloire, réfrigérateur et fenêtre:
SALLE DE BAIN
avec douche, bidet et fenêtre.
Chauffage indépendant, pas de téléphone, tv, a/c, gardien, four à microondes. Location mensuelle possible. Remises pour des réservations de 2 semaines ou plus.
VEUILLEZ NOTER: Le séjour minimum au mois d'Aout sera de 5 nuits
Les check ins entre 21h00 et 1h00 seront chargés 50 euros supplémentaires. Après 1h00 les check ins seront reportés le jour suivant.

The cosy and central Apartment can sleep up to 3 people who want to enjoy the freedom and comfort of a private lodging in the Esquiline area of the city in the centre of Rome. Located in a building from the Umbertine era (XVIII century), this is well situated in the city near Rome’s famous historical buldings such as the Coliseum, Piazza Venezia and the Roman Forum to name just a few.
The apartment has a double room with double bed, a living / dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with all you need to cook (refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker, etc.) and fresh bed linens are provided. You will also be provided with tourist information such as maps and brochures. If you are travelling with children, they sleep for free if they do not occupy an extra bed. In the Esquiline neighbourhood where the apartment is located, there are all manner of services. You can find shops and restaurants everywhere. It is also very close to tourist attractions such as the Coliseum, Piazza Venezia, Roman Forum and Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore.

The price was not transparent: hidden costs of "city tax" that were not mentioned anywhere.
a very low standard of appartment for what we paid: faulty boiler and shower with no hot water. Bad smell all over. Many other hazards (see: kitchen). Unwashed bed covers.
We survived but just. And we wouldn't send there our worst enemy. AVOID!!!! It doesn't deserve any stars, but the site wouldn't submit my review until I select that rating.

Cheap in comparison to other places, but it comes at a price.
A shabby looking place with strange paint on the walls and even stranger kitchen and toilet area. I wasn't bothered by those though.
What bothered me most was the fact that the owner didn't highlight the fact that there are additional costs (city tax paid per day and multiplied by the number of people) that increased the price significantly. Apparently that information is somewhere there, where you can't see.
Neither a mention from them about the faulty shower and boiler that make it impossible to take a decent hot shower. Hot water is just dripping and if you try to turn it up, the water gets cold. Once the boiler broke down and we had to skip washing that day. The key holder is helpful but if you've got plans and limited time to enjoy the city, you shouldn't have to worry about preexisting issues and wait for them to be fixed.
The electric kettle is faulty too, but we boiled the water on the hob.
Good selection of blankets that have seen better days...
Overall, I would not repeat the experience. Not until the price is clear and transparent on the website, the boiler and shower fixed, blankets washed, because so far you get very little for the price you pay.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The owner welcomed us and the transaction went very smoothly. It is located in close proximity to termini which gives you easy bus access to any place in Rome and most importantly to the airport. We took the bus service to the airport and that saves you about 10 euros per person. We even met a couple of the neighbors in the building and they were very kind, gave us many tips for moving around Rome and assured us the neighborhood and building were both very safe at all times.
