Bimmisca cottage is a charming place, a small cottage with a wonderful view of the sea of ​​the Vendicari natural reserve and which seems to float on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the reserve, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and reserved position near the house of the owners of the homonymous farm (eight hectares planted with olive and organic almond trees).

Our philosophy
We tried to create a place whose keywords were simplicity, experiences and authenticity.
For us, simplicity is an unpretentious attitude, made up of a few things in the right places, which make us feel good and untie the knots of our lives, which are generally more complex and frenetic than necessary. Experience is the soul of every journey ... whether waking up to seeing the sunrise or falling asleep with the full moon on the sea, the sunset from the top of the hill, the walks among the trees, the sounds of the countryside, the views or the scents of local cuisine ... you will discover the experience that will make you feel good and that will reconnect you with yourself and with the people you are traveling with.
Finally, authenticity because Bimmisca is a place that respects real things, adapting to the surrounding nature without forcing, but respecting its strength and character.

Interior
The living area consists of a single space, separated by an equipped wall. On one side the large double bed, a comfortable wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a relaxation armchair (possibly convertible into a single bed). On the other, a fully equipped kitchen and a table for off-season evenings or rare thunderstorms. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and has a closet wall inside which the laundry area is obtained (washing machine, iron and ironing board). Large and numerous windows provide natural ventilation, for further comfort the cottage has air conditioning and heating.

Outdoors
On the south side of the cottage there is a large covered terrace, under which there is a large table and an outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning barbecue, perfect for al fresco summer dinners. The front of the cottage opens onto a terrace surrounded by a dry stone wall and shaded by a large cypress. On the side of the terrace there is the minipool for exclusive use (diam 2.5 m, depth 0.5 m) and just below the minipool a heated outdoor shower, created under the branches of an olive tree. On the roof of the cottage is the solarium, with a large sunbathing platform - perfect for aperitifs at sunset. The view from the terrace sweeps over the sea from the tip of Syracuse to Capo Passero.

Eco-sustainability
In creating our place, we have tried to integrate as much as possible with the surrounding environment. Inside the property there are numerous fruit trees (lemons, almonds, mulberries, apricots, peaches, oranges, medlars, pomegranate, figs, carob trees - all strictly organic), which - depending on the season - allow you to actually get supplies by the kilometer zero. A vegetable and herb garden completes the choice.
