The shops of the most important fashion trademarks, the best restaurants, museums and theatres are all in few minutes walking.??The apartment is on the first floor without lift of a nice Florentine building. It was nicely restored and equipped by the owners, that use it once in a while when they come here in Florence. The apartment is an open space, with living area with TV, CD player, dining area and kitchen corner (fully equipped with 4 ring hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) and bathroom with shower. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano senza ascensore di un bel palazzo fiorentino. E’stato restaurato con cura e attrezzato dai proprietary per usarlo ogni tanto, per stare nel centro di Firenze.
L’appartamento è un monolocale, con zona salotto con TV e CD, area pranzo e angolo cottura, completamente attrezzato con 4 fuochi, forno, frigo, freezer, lavatrice; bagno con doccia. Dal salotto si sale da una scala a chiocciola su un soppalco con camera matrimoniale.
Luminoso appartamento in posiziona molto tranquilla.
In caso di affitto mensile il pagamento di acqua, elettricità e gas, saranno secondo consumo. Viene inoltre richiesto un deposito cauzionale di una mensilità.
