The property rises  on a hill in the little village of Carteano, which has medieval origins, nearby from the charming old city center of Prato(2Km) and his Central Station(1,7Km) and from the city center Florence(15Km).

The house accommodates 4 people and has a surface area of 70 mq.
It is totally independent, furnished and fully equipped.
Either to be plunged in 3 hectares property's plots, it has a private garden,surrounded from a laurel hedge, overlooking on one side the medieval court of the village and on another side the panoramic city view. It is furnished  of wooden table, chairs and charcoal barbecue.
The establishment has 2 floors, and it is accessible on ground floor.
It is composed on the ground floor, by living room, kitchen  dining room, bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with hydromassage shower, and on the first floor, by an inside opened balcony that  overlooks the main entrance.
The house is safe and all the windows are protected with ironed bars.

Every rooms of the home are painted in different colors and although the inner structure of the house still keeps the ancient rustic style of the area, with his chestnut's wooden balks on the ceilings and  handmade "cotto "rose briquettes on the floors, at the same time it offers an elegant and modern furnishing with every kind of comforts.

This Accommodation is located in the perfect place for gives you the choice to stay in peace and relax enjoying his wonderful and natural background, and at the same time gives you the opportunity to be in a strategical position to visit Florence and the "Beauties" of Tuscany.
Therefore you could appreciate our home made products, the famous extra-virgin oil, fruits and vegetables.

House Rules
The house accommodates 4 people:
- 2 Hosts in the Bedroom (200x180Cm)
- 2 Hosts in the sofa that hides an easy extractable double bed (185x165Cm)(Suitable for 2 Children-Guys, or 1 Adult)

- Check in is from 14:30
- Check out is until 10:00

The house is located on the hilly village of Carteano so is accessible by car, taxis.
The establishment has 2 floors, and it is accessible on ground floor. It is accessible to anyone, without barriers.
Pets in small or medium size are allowed to stay in the house(on advanced request).
Smoking is not permitted inside the house but it is allowed in the garden.
The keys will be handed over personally at the time of your arrival directly to the house.
Once in destination will show and explain in person to know all things necessary for living.

By car
The house it's only 5 minutes from the nice Prato’s old center, its main station and Florence in about 30 minutes through the motor way A11
Many others destinations in the tuscan country are not far away from the house. In fact with proximally one hour of trip, are situated: 
Pistoia (20 Km), Montecatini Terme (35 Km), Lucca (65 Km), Abetone and Fiumalbo (75 Km), Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Tirrenia and the Famous " Versilia" riviera (85 Km), then also Pisa and Livorno (Ferries) (85 Km), Siena and Chianti (80 Km), Arezzo (95 Km), Bologna (105 Km), La Spezia and 5 Terre (130 Km), Pienza and Cortona(135 Km), Perugia and Assisi (160 Km)

By train  
There are many trains from Prato main Station to Florence, and others cities.To Florence anytime it is possible to find trains 7 days a week, from early in the morning till midnight .
Behind Prato's main station there is a useful car parking.

By plane
Prato is near Florence Airport(12Km), Pisa(85Km) and Bologna(90Km). These airports are well connected with Prato. In fact, you can find many connections like buses, Trains, Taxis and Car rentals service with special low prices.

Near the House
I think that it's important to suggest you 2 of the best and famous restaurants of the area, at 5 minutes from the house.
The first is restaurant Logli ,in the near Filettole village, the other is Trattoria la Fontana.
Both offer the best typical and traditional tuscan cooking and you can enjoy from there the beautiful panoramic view of Prato.Then, a little secret, in Logli Restaurant, if you order the meal in advance, you can take it away.

Fun and Entertainment
We suggest to the lovers of trekking and hiking many beautiful routes and paths chosen and signalized by the Cai(Italian Alpine Club ), across the forests and the Mounts of Calvana. Most of them start nearly the property area.
Around here there are also a lots of amazing tracks for bike and mountain bike riding.
