This voluminous 25 meter studio (3.5 meter ceiling) very recently renovated loft apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Esplanade de Trocadéro. This historic neighbourhood offers an abundance of restaurants, boutiques, and of course the Eiffel Tower. 15 minutes by foot and you’re at Charles de Gaulle Etoile (l'Arc de Triomphe) with the most famous
avenue in the world, the Champs Elysée. Nearby are several métro stations nearby all very convenient for getting around Paris quickly. Everything you’d need from towels and sheets to pots and pans are included. In the kitchen you’ll find cooker, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle etc. In the main room there is a dining bar, flat screen TV, stereo system, free internet access, etc. The bathroom has a built-in shower and WC.
