Near by the Boulevard St. Michel with lots of boutique, restaurants and cafés.
35sq.mts apartment, set on the 3rd floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed (140x200), coffee table, bookshelves, desk, chair, table and chairs, TV, DVD and CD player, mirror, windows, kitchen corner ;
KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room, with electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffe machine, kettle, ventilation system, cupboards ;
BEDROOM
With queen size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobe, safe, window ;
BATHROOM
With shower cabin, sink, wc, ventilation system ; Washing machine.

Independent heating, microwave, kettle, DVD & CD player, dishwasher, washing machine.

Check ins / out before 8 am , after 8pm, sundays and holidays will eb charged 50 euros.
Owner's requirement :
A security deposit of equivalent to the price of the rent will be asked in cash upon check in
IMPORTANT
A insurance concerning the apartment will be asked.

The tenant must present upon arrival:

-The contract with the agency

-The certificate of insurance of the apartment rented during his stay.

-The balance of the rent in cash, traveler checks or credit card (except American Express)

-The damage deposit in cash, traveler checks or credit card (except American Express)

Understand that we will be unable open to the tenants who do not have all of these elements.

Furthermore, we also note that:

-A "check in" or "check out" before 8 am or after 20 hours will be charged 50 euros to the tenant

We set-tenant with his time of arrival at the apartment once the contract is signed between the agency and the tenant. If he/ she arrives at the apartment with a delay of over an hour without warning of 24 hours in advance to AJ FLAT SERVICES, we charge 50 Euros.

-A "check in" or "check out" a Sunday or holiday will be charged 50 euros to the tenant.

-In case of damage to the apartment, we can keep the deposit for 60 days after hire. This is to inform the owner of the damage caused in his appartement. He will set the amount deducted from the deposit. After the amount is credited we will transfer the rest of the deposit to the tenant less the costs of transfer.

-If the tenant wishes to pay by credit card (except American Express) the balance, the deposit or both, 0.9% of the amount will be added.
