Beautiful modern villa with stunning views over the natural reserve of Vendicari. the property comprises a main house with 5 bedrooms and a separate building with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. All accomodation is rented as one exclusive property and it has private use of the pool. the accomodation is wrapped around a paved courtyard that is the heart of the house and has direct links to the kitchen and the living spaces. All bedrooms have face outwords towards the view.

the bedrooms are arranged 2 by 2 and are quite separate so the layout fits very well a group of 3 units of 4 people max. the single bedroom is behind the kitchen and ideal for house help.


The house is set in the middle of a 4 hectars almond grove within the farmed lands around the reserve of Vendicari. The agricultural landscape is beautoful all year round and this makes the property ideal for a vacation in any season.
The sea is 5/10 minutes drive from the house and it is gorgeous and accessible most of the year. The town of belonging is Noto, with its stunning baroque 17th century architecture. Numerous nearby excursions include Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Cassibile, Marzamemi, Palazzolo Acredie, Vendicari. The cultural scene is very active throught the year making this destination attractive 12 months a year.
