Comfortable and bright apartment of 65m2, Ideally situated and located literally between cinemas and theaters in the great Gran Via. Entering the apartment you found a hall that leads into a large living and dining room. There is a double sofa bed and armchair. It is equipped with TV, HI-FI, air conditioning and two large windows with fantastic views of the Gran Via The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a large window to the outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, mini fridge and cooking utensils. The building has a doorman and the apartment is located on the floor 8. Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. Nearest subway stations (1-2 minutes): Santo Domingo (line 2) and Callao (Line 3 and 5). Welcome to the heart of Madrid!
