La luz natural invade todos los espacios, ya que es un piso exterior y con grandes ventanas.
El edificio cuenta con un parking privado (con precios especiales por mes), y todo tipo de comercios que facilitan la vida cotidiana: tintorería, supermercado, prensa, farmacia...además de bares y restaurantes con encanto.
