Luxury villas in a complex of 4 villas with private swimming pool, outdoor common area equipped with barbecue and patio great for outdoor dining. Each villa has its own entrance and access to the pool and private veranda that ensures total privacy for guests. With large outdoor spaces and gardens these villa are ideal for nature lovers. Located about 300 m from the shopping center and about 800m from the sea have a view over the lush vegetation and the sea. The villa is furnished and equipped for holiday use composed of living area with a kitchen, table and chairs and sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with wardrobe and bedside tables, 2 bathrooms, veranda and parking.
The accommodation has all the comforts such as: TV, kitchen with pots and pans, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, barbecue, hairdryer, washing machine and ironing board with iron.
