Charming apartment set in Campo dei Fiori, not far from Piazza Navona, Trastevere and many other sites of the City.
Close to shops restaurants and transports.
60m2 apartment set on the 1st floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With sofa bed, bookshelves, cable TV, table and chairs, window, AC ,
KITCHEN
Fully equiped with gas stove, electric oven fridge and utensils;
BEDROOM
with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, window, AC;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, wc;
Central heating, AC, cable TV, no elevator, internet.
A cell phone is provided ( sim card on your charge)
PLEASE NOTE :
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years
Please beware: Owner asks for a 200 euro refundable security deposit in cash with credit card slip.

Located in the heart of Rome, few steps from Campo de' Fiori, famous for its daily local produce market, restaurants, cafés and shops. Few minutes walking from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia and main sightseeing attractions.
Welcoming apartment on the first floor (no elevator) of a historical building located in one of the most characteristic squares of Rome. The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a double bedroom, kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with WI-FI, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, microwave, toaster, stove, fridge and freezer, Italian coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board.
The central location allows, with a pleasant walk, to reach the main tourist sites like Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Palazzo Farnese, Isola Tiberina, Trastevere, Ghetto area and many other points of interest.
The proximity to bus stops allows you to move easily around the city
IMPORTANT:Every prices are for two peoples, every extra bed is € 15 euro more.
Baby cot available for € 20 extra.
Tourist tax is 3,50 € for each person per night for a maximum 10 days.The children under 10 years old are not paying.
At the check-in, our guest have to be aware of this points:
- The open balance have to be paid in cash at the check-in
- A copy of the I.D. card is required (of all guests)

Location is good, but very, very noisy. The bedroom is quiet at night, but the living room is almost unsleepable. We are a family of three and I had to sleep with earplugs in the living rom on the futon. Even with, I could hear the restaurant below which is open until after midnight. The hair salon underneath blasts there music which can be heard crystal clear even with the windows closed. There is street sweeping and garbage removal regularly at night which can be heard clearly through closed windows.
The apartment is starting to get run down. The first thing that I noticed when we arrived was the trim around the stove was coming of off the wall and that there were exposed nails (we were travelling with a 2-year old). The 'coffee' decal and paint/plaster beside the stove is peeling/bubbling/cracking off.
The bathroom shower was disgusting with pink slime and black all over it as if it hadn't been cleaned properly in Avery long time. The duvet had no cover and the pillows not cases.
All of the children In the area seem to congregate in the square below after school which is in incredibly loud and made it difficult for our child to nap. There were often people siting ton the steps of the church below at all hours of the nit , which is again. Very noisy and can be heard through the closed windows.
Appliances worked well. Excellent water pressure. May be suited to traveller without children or who is not going to be in the apartment very often.

This is a fantastic apartment from which to visit Rome!! I've stayed in many places in Rome and this for me was the best yet. Great location, spaceous apartment, and the best thing: quiet. This was due in part to the windows which really cut the sound, but also it is a quiet cul de sac type area, no cars driving by. The bed is firm, which I liked. The kitchen is adequate (no oven, but there is a microwave). The bathroom is extremely small and adjacent to the kitchen, but when in Rome I don't think one needs to spend much time in the bathroom! I highly recommend this apartment!!!
