A good and convenient sized apartment in Rome for 2 people. Also very convenient for walking to main visitor attractions, close to Metro and 117 bus for more distant venues and handy for link to airport from Termini Station.
Quality of furnishing and kitchen equipment only adequate though. Just as well we weren't doing any serious cooking. Don't look too closely at the electrics in the bathroom - just be careful where you point the shower as an electric water heater is plugged in above it!!

L'appartamento e' ubicato in una zona di Roma veramente funzionale e meravigliosa (a tre minuti dai Fori Imperiali e dal Colosseo e ad un minuto dalla fermata metro Cavour). Per contro l'appartamento e' arredato in modo piuttosto spartano e avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernato per risultare un po' più accogliente. Ad ogni modo e' molto funzionale, pulito ed ha materassi comodi (solo nella sala con divano letto può essere avvertito il suono che proviene dalla strada, la camera da letto si affaccia su di un tranquillo cortile interno che preserva da rumori di fondo, tipici di una via cittadina centrale- eco di voci dei passanti o rumore di furgoncini che consegnano merci ai negozietti sotto casa, non molte macchine). Gentile inoltre la Signora che si occupa di portare le chiavi, altrettanto la proprietaria che, su nostra richiesta, ha prontamente aggiunto alcune pentole inizialmente mancanti (credo che gli affitti vengano generalmente sottoscritti con turisti stranieri che non utilizzano ne scolapasta ne pentole alte per far bollire gli spaghetti!!! Comunque ora l'appartamento ne è' provvisto!!!). Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo ( un hotel in quella zona penso venda cara l'atmosfera magica di via pregne di vita, storia e romantici ristorantini- meraviglioso il gelato da Fata Morgana!!! Senza zucchero, lattosio e glutine, tutto biologico e comunque dolcissimo, saporito e dai mille gusti strani!!!!).

A two-star accommodation

This apartment is well placed in the center of Rome. It is very close to a Metro station. The space, especially the living room, is generous, and it has a quiet fourth floor bedroom.


However, this overpriced, shoddy apartment is in need of renovation. Unfortunately, it does not have many essential items including no shower curtain or door; the water heater is too small; no blow dryer; and the bathroom soap was used and unclean. The kitchen utensils are cheap and inadequate, no spoons, coffee maker, can or bottle opener, kitchen or paper towels. The living room has no TV or radio. We were given only one set of keys. Everything seems to have been done on the cheap.

Bardzo fajne mieszkanko za przyzwoitą kasę. Dobry punkt komunikacyjny-przy stacji metra Cavour, blisko Colosseum i inne atrakcje. Właściciela bardzo miła, nie wścibska, nie narzucająca się, ale w razie czego służąca pomocą.O dziwo nie wzięła od nas kaucji chociaż chciałyśmy.Byłyśmy z koleżankami w kwietniu, więc nie było jeszcze natłoku ludzi, z racji tego, przed naszym mieszkankiem na uliczce Via Urbana do małych knajpek chodziłyśmy na obiady itp.Są tam tez sklepy spożywcze, z pamiątkami, market, piekarnia. Więc na 2 godzinki przed wyjazdem, kupiłyśmy także pod nosem wszelkiego rodzaju pamiątki, specjały dla znajomych i rodzinki i nie musiałyśmy latać po mieście.
Very good communication point, next to metro station Cavour, Colosseum etc., Very nice owner.Convinient small flat for 2 or 4 people. Nice shops ane restaurants on the via urbana street. Conditions adequate to price.
