Rome apartment nearby the parkland Doria Pamphilj, 15 minutes walk from underground, not too far from the Vatican City;
60sq.mts+10sq.mts terrace quiet apartment set on the first floor of a Residence and consists of:
LIVING ROOM
with table and 4 chairs, full sofa bed, buffet, tv, phone, pullman kitchen, central air conditioning not working during the night and only in some hours of the day, parquet, wardrobe and glass door leading to balcony with table and 2 chairs, overlooking parkland;
A staircase in the living with 10 steps leads to:
BEDROOM
with King size bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, air conditioning and glass door leading to balcony overlooking parkland;
KITCHEN CORNER
with electric stove/oven, sink, refrigerator and freezer;
BATHROOM
with shower, electric water heater, bidet, window and ventilation system;
Due to the fact that this apartment is located in a residence, the guests will also have the possibility to enjoy the following during their stay: parking for the car, newspapers in the reception of the residence, live music every night, swimming pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, possibility of jogging in the parks.Also there is the possibility to have access to the Beauty and Health Center nearby, with sauna, massages, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi swimming pool, swimming classes.You can enjoy for an extra fee breakfast, restaurant and internet point.PLEASE BEWARE The above services are not included in the rental fee, please inquire for the details.

L'appartement en lui même est agréable et relativement bien situé.
Néanmoins, les 5 assiettes, 4 couverts, la seule poêle et la seule casserole sont un peu minces même pour un couple. De plus les deux lits simples pour une chambre double font un peu défaut. Sans parler de la faible isolation, qui nous permet de participer 24h/24h aux allées et venues des scooters, voitures et autres devant l'entrée.
Et enfin la cerise sur le gâteau, ne pas avoir été prévenus de l'inactivité de la piscine avant l'arrivée sur place et la très faible réduction effectuée en rapport au préjudice subi.

sans oublier que l'annonce est mensongère, ou tout du moins incomplète puisque toutes les prestations indiquées dans la descriptions extérieures, quant à l'accès du jacuzzi, saunat, ect... cet accès est payant, 50€ par jour, étant donné que l'appartement est privée. Tous les prestations citées dans l'annonce, en dehors de la piscine, si elle fonctionne, ne nous sont pas offertes comme l'insinue l'annonce.
Le congélateur est en fait un très petit bac à glaçon.
et comme précisé dans mon premier commentaire, le lit king size est en fait deux lits simples réunis en un seul avec un drap.
