Set in the historic center of Rome, Trastevere, close to Ponte Sisto bridge leading to Campo de' Fiori. Neighborhood well connected to all areas of Rome by trams and buses;
50sq.mts. nice apartment, set on the third floor without elevator (58 steps) and consists of:

with full sofa bed, desk and chairs, tv/vcr, stereo, bookshelves, parquet and window on Roman rooftops;

The flat was not as comfortable as it looks on the pictures. We asked for equipment and the agency responded swiftly. The area is close to Trastevere but is not Trastevere, a bit more ruff. All in all we thought it was a bit expensive.

Lejlighedens positive side: Den har en fantastisk beliggenhed, tæt på centrum, i gå afstand til faktisk alt og alligevel i rolige omgivelser.Den negative side: Der ikke var rent, ret rodet og sengen var ekstrem hård

Everything has been refurnished ( wardrobe, windows, etc...), and the cleaning issue will be resolved for the next guests.

quelques commentaires sur l'appartement:

Le positif : Quartier agréable , sympathique , calme et bien placé

Le négatif : Dans la chambre les volets sont brisés et le comble , il faut monter sur un escabeau pour accrocher ses vêtements . de plus les tiroirs sont aussi brisés .La salle de bains : même pas un petit morceau de savon pour se laver( dans les hôtels les plus minables s' est fourni) et un rouleau de papier de toilette pour la semaine pour deux personnes ( les touristes ne sont pas necéssairement constipés!!!)
La douche , un vrai poème avec les portes qui ferment mal , on inonde tout .
Le salon : au prix de la location , il me semble que le cable pour la télé serait le minimum . Il faut se battre avec la fenêtre pour réussir à la fermer . La cuisine: Deux minables cafetières , d'une commodité minimale . Enfin la propreté laisse hum hum .. . Quand on loue un appartement à plus de 800 euros la semaine , on s'attend à un minimum , même si c'est la ville éternelle . Ceci dit j'ai très apprécié mon séjour à Rome
