A lovely nest that overlook Rome’s roofs in the one of the trendiest and most antique areas of the historic center.
This one-bedroom apartment is located on the quiet top floor of a period building, and it is reached through 4 floor stairs.
The wide windows offer a great view from the living area. A lovely balcony overlooks the surrounding roofs.
The apartments has a spacious kitchen, in the open space living room, that includes utensils and modern appliances.
The apartment is a studio of 40 square meters on the 4th floor of an ancient Roman palace .
it is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed .

There are plenty of restourants in the surroundings as well as little ridde gems such as boutiques, galleries and cafes. The Colosseum is 5 minutes walk away and the rest of the centre can easily be reached with a short walk.
Monti district in Rome is the neighborhood of art galleries and wineries .
After a long phase of redevelopment is now a Mecca for all the young tourists traveling to the capital . It borders the Rome of the Roman Forum and the Esquilino. A short walk from the neighborhood there are the magnificent basilicas of Santa Maria Maggiore from the characteristic cosmatesque floor and San Pietro in Vincoli which houses the famous Moses by Michelangelo and the Colosseum.
