Just beside the Vatican City walls, 5 min. walk from metro stop Ottaviano;
60sq.mts quiet apartment set on the ground floor it consists of:

Long room with two single beds, table and chairs, wardrobe, two windows, one leading to inner courtyard and one to garden;
LIVING/KITCHEN
large living with veranda overlooking the garden, with table and chairs, full sofabed, satellite television, telephone, kitchen area with gas stove, electric oven, sink, refrigerator and freezer, table and chairs, window;
2 BATHROOMS
#1 small size, with shower and window;
#2 small size, with bidet and window;
GARDEN
large garden with patio furniture, table and chairs, bench, trees, comfortable for outdoor eating.

Hallo, die Wohnung hat eine optimale Lage, in 2 Gehminuten ist man am Petersdom! Der Borgio Pio ist ein autoberuhigter Bereich, viele Cafes, Läden, Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend gross für Familie mit 2-3 Kindern oder 2-4 Erwachsene, wenn diese sich gut kennen. Das Bad/die Toilette ist sauber und ordentlich.
Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und macht insg. einen eher "schmuddeligen" Eindruck, deshalb auch die Abzüge in der Bewertung. Kaum Platz um seine Wäsche abzulegen, wir lebten aus dem Koffer... Die Küche hat alles, müßte mal grundgereinigt werden.
Der Innenhof ist spitze, vorne auf dem Borgio "tanzt" der Bär und im eigenen Hofbereich hat man die schönste Ruhe. Das war schon herrlich.
Alles in allem eine "durchschnittlich +" aber fuer ein gut reicht es aufgrund der Sauberkeit nicht. Die Lage bekommt ein "Sehr gut".
