with double sofa bed, bookshelf, chest of drawers, coffee table, wardrobe, air conditioning (on request at extra fee), TV/DVD player, satellite, pc/DSL fast Internet connection, CD player, kitchen corner and window on Via Riboty;
BEDROOM
with double bed, 1 bedside table, air conditioning (on request at extra fee) and window on Via Riboty;
KITCHEN CORNER
in living, with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer;
BATHROOM
with shower and window.

I rented this apt. and stayed for 2 weeks. It is a 1st floor, front apartment. This means you will hear the comings and goings of all the tenants as well as the supermarket truck deliveries 6 days/wk and multiple garbage pickups starting before dawn. The furnishings were well used, as were the kitchen supplies.There is no oven. The hot water heater was broken and Fabricio was unable to get it repaired, therefore, no pleasant showers. The computer was broken so Fabricio loaned me his laptop. Although I never saw Fabricio, I was able to reach him easily by phone and he was as helpful as possible. The apartment was inexpensive, the mattress and pillows VERY well used. The linens and towels were lovely. The location, while distant from the Centro, was in a pleasant , upscale neighborhood. I would not rent this apartment again.
