#2 fancy decorated, with travertine marble, with shower power/full size bathtub, wc, bidet, hair dryer.
Independent heating, wm, dw, no elevator, painted parquet floor, beamed ceilings. Monthly possible. Cleaning included once a week (on Friday), folding baby cot, internet WiFi.

An amazingly spacious and quirky flat. The decor and wide ranging book collection is alone worth a visit. Absolutely chabby chic! Clean and comfortable. Superb central location with some great bars and restaurants nearby. I didn't use the second bathroom (it was just me renting and used the other) so I can't comment on the cleanliness there. There is some street noise and if you are a light sleeper it could be an issue if you wanted to sleep with the windows open. For a longer stay in Rome, the flat had all the amenities you would need. Roman Reference were very helpful.

The location of this flat is outstanding. It is roomy and comfortable if a bit shabbily-chic, but that has its own charm. Our only problem was the lack of a DSL internet connection since the primary purpose of the trip was for business; however, the Roman Reference management responded immediately to this lack and provided adequate compensation which was very much appreciated. The flat is comfortable and as noted above in a wonderful central location with cafes, restaurants, and sights just a short walk away...a busy street during the day, but very acceptable noisy level in the evening given the central location. A plus in the flat are the ceiling fans, something not always found in European flats. We would stay again if the need arose.

The location is excellent. The outside street noise was a bit more than expected but acceptable / size is a definite plus.The staff excellent both the initial rental process & during our stay when reporting the absence of DSL. Alson the office upon our deayed arrival & the young lady who met us were excellent. We were here for professional work purposes & the DSL was therefore a major appealing feature, so not having it was a significant problem. The size of the flat is excellent as well as the location.Bathtub with shower stall was unacceptably dirty. No DSL, no Tv signal, Ceiling fans worked but made periodic noise, one fan is about to die.

elegant antique forniture in a pratical style*fully fitted*some things beyond expectations...loved the decorated beemed ceiling*house is cool not to hot eventhought very bright&luminous*well sleping relaxing beds... quite very quite 4 being in the heart of rome just 3 minures from the spanish steps piazza del popolo with caravaggio+fontana di trevi pantheon&piazza navona just 15min walk great stay many thanks&see you sooon xxx

The apartment was great!! The location was good, but it took some time to get oriented to the nearest sights. A mirror in the bedroom is the only thing I felt the apartment was lacking. It was spacious & nicely decorated.
