Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The villa is located just a few steps from the sea (10mt.) and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and centenary olive trees. The position halfway between Palermo and Cefalu allows a view of the coast really wonderful! The large terraces around the villa ( so you'll have the sun in different time of the day- in the morning it is on the terrace facing the sea) are equipped with tables, chairs and are perfect for the games of even very young children. The gate of the villa allows you to get to the sea by some steps.The beach is private for the owners of the villas around. The sea is not deep at once: on the shore the water is low and the kids can swim safely. There are many places of interest that can be visited on day excursions: Palermo, Monreale, Segesta, Agrigento, Erice, etc. Mount Etna. The town of Trabia is 500 mt. from the villa and there are supermarkets and every kind of shops. Also nearby are restaurants serving typical Sicilian cuisine (the fish is really fresh!) And pizzerias.
