Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Located in the heart of Madrid, between the stations of Metro Anton Martin, Tirso de Molina and Lavapiés, this apartment is an excellent choice for those looking to enter the most historic Madrid, at the same time offers the possibility of live for a few days in the most multicultural area. This privileged location makes in 10 minutes walking you can be in the Puerta del Sol, or in the capital's main museums (Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen). The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated representative building. Functional spaces, fully furnished in a contemporary context and style. With a total area of 38 m2, has natural light and is oriented toward the interior of the property, ensuring the absence of noise. It consists of a single space, but with several well defined zones: sleeping area, another living room in the attic, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Maximum to four-five people spread over a double bed (140 x 190), a loft bed (140x190) and a sofa bed (140x190).
The location of this apartment will allow you to visit all attractions of the capital on foot. You can find the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and Royal Palace, within 10 minutes walking. Just 800 m is the Calle Preciados that meets the Gran Via, forming the main shopping area of the city (El Corte Ingles, Zara, Fnac ...) also have at your disposal a wide variety of theaters, cinemas and the best dining and entertainment Madrid (tapas, restaurants, music, nightclubs, ...) in the city that never sleeps. On Sundays and holidays you can visit the Rastro, located just 500 m, the outdoor market's biggest Madrid, where you can find everything. Finally, highlight the luxury of being housed only 700 m of the "Art Triangle", an area that encompasses the major museums, which have the best recognition worldwide.

MEANS OF ACCESS
Taxi is the easiest way to reach the apartment, especially if you have lots of luggage. There are taxi ranks at all four terminals at Barajas airport. The approximate cost is about 25 € and the journey time, depending on traffic is 20 to 40 minutes.
The Metro: Barajas Airport is served by metro (line 8) to Madrid by two stations: one in T2 and the other in T4. The Madrid subway transportation is convenient, fast (about 40 minutes until Sol station), inexpensive and effective. The cost of a single metro ticket is 1 € and 7 € 10 trip pass. Remember to pay extra to make entry and exit in the airport stations (T1, T2, T3 and T4). The amount of this supplement is € 1. The schedule of the meter is from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM. The nearest stations to the apartment is Antón Martín.
