APARTMENT LISBON - LABRUGEIRA / OUTER AREA - Rua dos Reis - #106LIR
Comfortable house set in the small village of Alenquer-Labrugeira, 35 km from Lisbon, near shops and restaurants.
50m2 house set on the ground floor is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed, bookshelves, stereo, single sofa bed, table and chairs, cupboards, kitchen corner, windows;
KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room, fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cupboards and utensils;
BEDROOM
Fully equipped with double bed, alarm clock, chest of drawers, wardrobe, baby cot, window;
BATHROOM
With with shower, sink, bidet, hair dryer;
GARDEN
With table and chairs, swimming pool to share with owners;
Independent heating, TV, washing machine dishwasher, stereo, parking, swimming pool, ping pong table, garden, internet WiFi, ground floor.

"Lemon Tree House" is located in Alenquer-Labrugeira, a small village of rural origin at the foot of the Montejunto mountain, inserted in the tourism region of the West, 35 km from Lisbon, near the Atlantic Ocean (beaches).
Latitude: 39º.12;Length: 9º.07.
The House is fully equipped and consists of bedroom, bathroom, lounge, balcony, terrace and garden.
The initial construction dates back to the 40 years of the 20th century and has been completly rebuilt and modernized in 2010, using the advanced technology of air conditioning.
Very sunny, is located in one of the quieter streets of the small town, providing a restful stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with all the comfort (with heating and hydromassage cabin), of a city apartment.
It also allows enjoying the tranquility of a small garden lawn and the access to a eventually shared (with the owners) salt water pool , 50 m away, in a country environment overlooking Montejunto mountain.
Internet access through "pen" broadband in the guest's laptop, upon payment of usage time.
Lease rates refer to a two people occupancy (300.00 €/week).
Third person and following will pay a fee of € 10.00 per person/night.
For the first child (up to ten years) the occupation is free.
For animals the stay is free of charge (we have bed, pillow and apropriate dishes).
The price does not include any additional charge.
To guarantee the reservation people are asked to pay a percentage of the total cost. The remainder will be paid upon arrival with the delivery of the keys of the house.
Not request any refundable deposit at check-in.
Check in from 4:00 pm.Check out till 12:00.
The price includes:
Bed linen, towels (house and pool).
Weekly cleaning and linen change for stays longer than one week.
Free access to a shared salt water pool.
